We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or safety concerns.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods including cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.
Maintenance plan members agree to monthly billing for their selected plan. Plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Unused services do not roll over to subsequent months.
Ghodexarjrax carries comprehensive liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing tree conditions, hidden defects, or damage resulting from factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
