We guarantee that all services will be performed by certified arborists using industry-standard techniques and equipment. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion.
Due to the nature of tree care services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will:
Maintenance plan members may cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Refunds for the current month are not provided, but no future charges will be applied after the notice period.
If you cancel within the first 30 days of enrollment and have not yet received services, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you need to modify scheduled services, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
If we need to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, no cancellation fees apply. We will contact you to arrange a new appointment as soon as conditions permit.
For large projects, we may require a deposit. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled service date. After this period, deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your final invoice.
